I attempted to book a massage with this business claiming to be “Sophia’s Massage & Bodywork Therapy.” They requested a $60 deposit through Chime just to generate a so-called “walk-in code,” which is not standard practice for legitimate massage businesses.

They provided an address (12270 Greenville Ave), which is actually a hotel—not a licensed massage location. They also had no website, no verifiable business listing, and stopped responding when asked for proof.

This raised serious concerns about legitimacy. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and not send money without proper verification.

I booked my first massage with Matt via a Groupon and got a great price for my first 75 min. I thought the massage was so great that I booked and paid in advance for another 90 min massage. I booked on a Sunday since I was explained by Matt that he worked on Sunday. This past Sunday was my second cancellation from Matt for my appointment. This past Sunday cancellation comes on the heels of Matt calling me on Saturday and moving up my appointment time due to a change in his schedule. Just a heads up this review never posted from years ago. Matt is a great massage therapist just did not appreciate the timing of cancellation
