Absolutely loved my facial with Natalia. She was amazing and my skin is glowing and my redness is noticeably reduced. My only complaint is that they don’t give out samples, especially since their products are pricey (Rescue Spa does this). It would be nice to try out their recommendations before putting major $$$ down.

Really great retail service! I didn't read careful enough that they weren't accepting retail purchase walk-ins and their door was locked when I tried to open it, but the lady was nice enough to open it and talk me through my product options. I knew what I wanted, I just wasn't sure which formula so she asked me some questions and was able to recommend one (which 4 days into it, in loving)! I gave her my card and she went inside to ring me up and I was done. I was just super happy she was willing to help despite my lack of attention to store details due to COVID.

Where to begin.... I live out of town and have placed several orders from here. I am beyond impressed with every experience! The shipping is so prompt and the packaging is lovely! I have emailed them with questions and always get fast, friendly responses. I wish I lived near them so I could go in for services. Amazing selection and service!
