I have nothing but good things to say about Jake the Plumbing Pro. I called about a slow leak in the main water line at my home, and they quickly moved my appointment up the same day so the issue could be found and the best plumbing repair could be planned. Before leaving, they contacted the water department to get the water shut off and explained that they would come back the next day to finish the work. They arrived on time as promised, answered all my questions, and clearly walked me through the repair steps they used on the water line. I really appreciate how helpful and responsive they were from the first call, and I would gladly use them again for any plumbing service.
It’s not often you find a plumbing company so focused on great customer service. Theodore and his team came out late on a Saturday to replace a bad well pump and control system for our home. Two technicians arrived within about 30 minutes and started work right away. They carefully checked the system, explained the problem clearly, and did an excellent job installing the new pump equipment. After a small electrical adjustment, our water service was back up almost right away. They were professional, thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. i used a local plumbing service again and had another really good experience. The last time they helped with a kitchen faucet replacement, so when i needed a bathroom faucet and pipe repair, i called them back without hesitation. this time, Javier came out and handled everything in a professional and friendly way. He was easy to talk to, explained the plumbing issue clearly, and knew exactly what needed to be repaired and replaced. The work was done carefully, the faucet and pipe problem were fixed properly, and everything was left clean when the job was finished.
