UPDATE: They reached out & all they said was they cant do nothing, but you can cause ur staff running over graves destroying items...no accountability I have emailed and called before and my husband has gone up there numerous of times in regards to our sons grave being vandalized by your staff. They have broken items we had left on his headstone & they have stolen numerous of windmills we left out. I know they are being stolen because when I go to that lil white house, it's not in the trash its on the back door step so they can take home. You all should be tired of reimbursing me for items that were thrown away and items y'all have broken. We visit every other weekend...read full review

I'd like to compliment Martha Thompson for her outstanding & superior customer service. I'm so honored, grateful and thankful to meet this shining star. Martha is very professional, friendly, and attentive. I've never had the experience of burying a loved one, she made the process very easy, she is detailed oriented and has a genuine concern for people. She has compassion for the people and because of the passion she has for her job and others I will tell everyone about my life changing & positive experience. Martha is easy to talk to I felt like I've known her for years. Keep up the great work Martha I hope to see you running the place one day because YOU deserve it...read full review

They were very informative from the start. I've never been through this process before and they walked me through each and every step, without missing anything. They are very sincere and dedicated to their Craft. Caron, Victor and Lamar all did an excellent job from start to finish and even checking on me weeks after..... Best experience possible if there is such a thing when going through this. My family has entrusted Lincoln Memorial for at minimum of 5 of my family's services. Not pushy or overpriced...... Well worth every penny spent and then some!!
