I met Ms. Kitty Arnold by phone prior to meeting with her in person today. Ms Kitty was very graceful as well as helpful with the final companion memorial marker for my late husband and myself. She paid special attention to my needs, helped with suggestions that were offered as she listened to comments I made without knowing what the markers would look like. As my daughter and I met with her today, she felt like family, and not just a friend. She was so engaging, we didn’t want to leave but in the interest of time, had to go.
