Setting up funeral arrangements for yourself can be emotionally draining. It wasn't until I left that I realized that I had talked almost two hours for a package that could have been done in 30-45 minutes. The agent was so kind. Imagine trying to get your job done between the client's breaths. But Vanessa did just that. She worked right through it, understanding my own personal grief. She managed to show me things I needed and things I didnt in my cremation packet. I think it was her smiles that kept me going.
