Based on the reviews, Foremost Family Health Centers has amazing doctors that care about the well being of the patients. Dr. Bowers is a gem who explained conditions, treatment, and aftercare thoroughly, making sure patients are treated like a patient, not like on an assembly line. Brandi Burnett is competent, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, with an attentive and friendly nurse. Shenika Theus provided exceptional service, going above and beyond with professionalism, patience, and a willingness to assist. She exceeds expectations in handling financial aspects, including billing accuracy, payment tracking, and reimbursement processing. However, the Martin Luther King location does not answer the phone or has patients on hold for an extremely long time, which is frustrating and pathetic. Despite this, the clinic has the potential to receive a 5 star rating. Many years of horrible experiences are finally over, with nothing but good things to say about all 3 locations.
Everyone here is kind and patient. They listen well and address your concerns. Being poor is hard. Being uninsured is hard. Having ANY trouble with teeth while already malnourished makes it a recipe for disaster. These people got me on the right page for dental health. I definitely recommend them.
A big shout out to Shenika in the Billing Dept. for going above & beyond to resolve a very stressful situation, resulting in multiple visits and unnecessary additional office visit charges when my PCP was out of the office. She LISTENED, COMMUNICATED VERY WELL & FOLLOWED THROUGH with upper management to get a resolution quickly and efficiently! Thank you for your professional & prompt assistance!!
I’ve been a patient since the end of last year. Before I was a patient I was able to get someone on the phone. Now that I’m established, I can’t get anyone on the phone when there are people sitting at the front desk. I can’t get medication filled properly or get responses on the Athena app. That app is pointless because no one responds . I tried to be patient but it’s not working out for me. I can’t get in contact with my doctor. I can’t get the help I need. It’s really sad if you ask me
