“Joe and his team were great to work with; it’s obvious how much he cares about his work. We initially called him in to repair some damage on our wood floor due to a water leak, but they did such a good job repairing and refinishing the floors in our kitchen and family room that we asked them to come back and re-sand, re-stain, and re-finish the rest of the ground floor!I had been pretty worried about the mess and the smell (I’d had floors refinished in other houses and was cleaning up the dust for days), but they used some new sanding machine that contained almost all the dust; in fact, all the plastic they put up to protect my furniture and cabinetry almost seemed like a waste. Only the stain was stinky, and that was covered in a few hours with the finish, which put an end to the smell.All in all, we’re very happy with the results. As soon as I can get my head around moving a bunch of furniture again, I’ll call them back to do the top floor. ? Highly recommend.“

“I would recommend this company to everyone. Samples are brought directly to you. You do not need to go from store to store. Daphne can explain the difference between each product and is very helpful in helping you choose your product. She is at the job site everyday checking to make sure things are being installed correctly and to make sure things are going smoothly. She checks her installers frequently and makes sure they properly clean up the job site and that you are satisfied with the work done. She also works to keep your cost in line and will check back with you in 10 days to make sure that you are still satisfied with the installation.“

“ICO Construction and Remodeling gets an A+ / 5-star rating from us! When we decided to do a complete primary bathroom remodel my wife and I received bids from 3 companies. After meeting with each one we really felt a good vibe with Ilia at ICO. He was prompt, genuine, honest and professional. He answered all of our questions; however, we weren't 100% sure that we would go with ICO because they were not the least expensive bid. Over the next couple of weeks, without pressuring us, Ilia was the only one that followed up with us and he wanted to meet with us again. My wife and I really appreciated the way he sought after our business and addressed our concerns. I remember Ilia saying, we won't be the cheapest, but we will do it right and you will love the results! We ultimately hired ICO and the fun began. My wife and I spent the next several weeks acquiring all of the other furnishings for our new bathroom and the work began shortly after Labor Day. That's when we met Or. He was an A+ project manager! He did a complete walk through of the plan with us and communicated with us daily. There was never a time that we ever felt cutoff or out of the loop with ICO. Or made many visits to our home many times during the project and was proactive in discussing any potential issues as well as made recommendations for us to consider along the way. Additionally, Ilia came by throughout the project to check on the progress and see how we were doing and addressed any questions as well. ICO brought in all of the professionals for the project (electrical, plumbing, tile and construction). We had the opportunity to meet a number of dedicated workers during the project. They were all great; however, Benjamin deserves special mention. I greeted him at 8AM everyday at our front door for the next several weeks; like clockwork. Benjamin was OUTSTANDING! He was friendly, respectful, dedicated, and is excellent at what he does! Thank you, Benjamin! Like any major project there were hiccups along the way; however, ICO was committed to our satisfaction every step of the way. They were flexible and fair with any changes or concerns that arose. Ilia and Or were like minded and on the "same page" if/when there was a problem and that really spoke to their integrity. Or conducted a wrap up of the project with my wife at completion (I was out of town), and they had their cleaning company come in and do a deep clean of the affected areas of our house. All we can say is, WOW, we LOVE our new bathroom!! If you're planning a bathroom remodel, do yourself a favor, reach out to ICO.
