I only take my cars here for service. I own 2 German cars, Vw, and a Audi. Chris and the new Manager are great. I do miss Ryan and Robert but still received same great Service from the new team. Thanks
Great Place. Took my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta because of some timing belt issues and the guys were great at explain what was happening and what was needed, I compared prices with other places and I assure that they charge what is needed and nothing extra. I'm only giving 4 stars because they switch the delivery date a couple of times, but they were always good assuring they were working on my car to have it ready asap. Would completely recommend.
I’m happy I found this place. They fixed my vehicle that I just purchased from Carvana. Bent tire frame, falling mirror, water pump and etc. They were familiar with Silverback & Carvana and submitted the claims for me and was able to return my vehicle back in a timely manner. I’m much happier now!! Your in good hands when you walk into their building.
