Jason got there on time- in fact, a little earlier- than expected .
He was so very nice , helpful and understanding.
I truly appreciate him.
Thank him again for his excellent service.
He was the Best!
Domar Automotive was dispatched by AAA for a dead battery. The wait time was less than the ETA given, and the technician, Jason, was exceptionally professional and efficient. He didn't have my battery on the truck, so he left to get one and returned with the replacement in no time. His customer service made my day, especially since I wasn't feeling well and didn't really feel like dealing with the situation. Thank you, Jason, for making this easy for me and for explaining the AAA warranty, which I was confused about until you graciously broke it down for me.
