Excellent Service from both very happy
We want to thank our technician Wasim. He called me immediately after I scheduled with AAA, and arrived at our location very promptly. At first we thought it's just a jump start issue. He found out that the previous battery was a wrong battery installed years before by other AAA technician at that time(sigh to that). He replaced with a brand new one for us within the AAA warranty. He went above and beyond. After he quickly installed the battery he sprayed the anti corrosion and also give the new battery a test. My husband and I truly appreciated his help.
Jeff was the best, great mechanic, great person to help you in need. Fixed my car up in no time with excellent service. Very grateful for his time & showing me a thing or two on what to do in future reference. Thank you Jeff!
