Just wanted to come and leave a review for this business because although I wasn't able to use them today due to schedule conflict, the customer service shown and willingness to help me was outstanding. I had clogged toilets in both bathrooms. I called Echols and Sons and spoke with Robert Echols who came over within minutes of my calling. The problem was found and repaired in no time. In the future I will not hesitate to call Echols and Son for my plumbing needs they are very punctual and efficient.

Listen up people. Builders are NOT building houses according to City of Dallas Codes after finding this out the hard way. Anyways, I had a plumbing problem that several high-end plumbing companies could not find or did not service 75241 zip code. After having a plumbing company cancel on me 1 hour before arrival a friend recommended Echols and Sons Plumbing. I called them and within 1 hour Jacob showed up and replaced the hot and badly leaking cold water valves in my laundry room. Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable in his abilities to do the work.
