Great to work with. I called first thing with a plumbing problem and they were able to come out the same day. How often do you get that response?
About Du-West Total Plumbing
Du-West Total Plumbing has been a family-owned and operated business serving the great state of Texas since 1978. They offer a range of services, including foundation repair, plumbing, and air conditioning, provided by a team of experienced professionals.
Customers have praised the company's excellent service. Jose and his helper were highly efficient, completing the job with a 100% success rate. The workers were polite, worked hard to keep things tidy, and listened patiently to the customers' concerns.
For a challenging foundation repair project, Du-West's team demonstrated their expertise. They installed a 36-inch root barrier, which was more extensive than a competitor's offer, and recommended a soaker hose solution to help the foundation recover. Customers appreciated the quality work and the better price compared to other offers.
Overall, Du-West Total Plumbing is known for its reliable, professional, and customer-focused approach, making them a trusted choice for Texans in need of plumbing, HVAC, and foundation repair services.

$630 for a 15 minute inspection at my clean out. William in the Dallas office was very courteous and professional in addressing my concerns. He worked thru his internal channels and was able to refund me charges less a service fee of $85. Thanks William! You did me right and I appreciate it.
