I was disappointed with my experience at Drybar. I noticed what felt like a noticeable difference in the level of attention and treatment between White and non-White customers, which made me uncomfortable and left me questioning whether everyone was receiving the same level of service.
The service itself also felt very rushed and was completed in about 30 minutes. I understand that efficiency is important, but the experience felt more like they were trying to get through the appointment than provide a relaxing, attentive service.Hair was left straight which is not what I asked for. I did not want anymore heat on my hair so I left it alone.

Decided to get a blow out on my pregnancy due date—to feel glamorous and hopefully induce labor(lol)—I saw Lynhia and she made me feel soooo gorgeous!! Highly recommend her and this location :)
My friend and I both got the blowout and it was a very fun experience. Very relaxing with the hair wash and hairstyling. My friend’s blowout turned out beautiful and lasted for 3 days, however mines only lasted about 30 minutes after exiting the salon. My hair felt very sticky and oily. If I were to return, I would try to ask for a different style. On a positive note the workers were very friendly! Update: They offered a complimentary blowout and I left feeling amazing!
