Dalco Air Conditioning & Plumbing has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have found the service unprofessional and unreliable, noting a missed appointment and lack of communication. However, others have praised the business for its speedy response and professional technicians. Customers appreciated how quickly technicians arrived, often within an hour for emergency calls, and how well they communicated about service charges and estimates before starting work. Many highlighted the technicians' knowledge and efficiency, with one customer specifically mentioning a technician named Jonathan as impressive. Overall, while there are concerns about communication, many customers express satisfaction with the quality of service and are willing to recommend Dalco to others.
Dalco team did a great job replacing my ac unit.
Management was very involved from start to finish. The techs were kind and considerate, and answered all of my questions. We are happy to not be melting in this Texas heat! Thank you for your service.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE.
a) This business voluntarily confirmed an 8 AM appointment with me the day before.
b) Assured me they were on the way the day off the appt.
c) Did not show up to the appointment, did not communicate that and blocked my number.
Edit: The technician arrived later, identified the issue as a bad capacitor, was very professional in their communication and finished in time.
Revising my review to 4 only because they were late and did not preemptively communicate that.
I needed an emergency service towards the end of the day. Kate made sure the techs came out within that hour . They got my unit up and running and were very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you to the wonderful technician’s for their hard work and helping me understand what was going on and for not charging an arm and a leg for the service.
I will be recommending them to family and friends.
Thank you dalco.
