BMW of Dallas Service Center is a large service provider for BMW vehicles in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Located near Dallas Love Field Airport, the service center offers a range of services including maintenance and repair. Customers have had mixed experiences. Some found the service advisors helpful and the process easy. They were satisfied with the solutions provided for their vehicle issues. Mark Dailey did a great job with X5 service, telling customers what to expect and how long it would take, with everything going accordingly and the car running perfectly since the visit. The team works hard to get loaner cars for service and quickly replaces them when emergencies like a flat pop up, getting customers on their way. Brandi and the service team have taken good care of vehicles, going above and beyond. After a difficult start, the service department has taken steps to address and rectify situations. Following a new battery installation where concerns were initially dismissed, the issue escalated, leaving a vehicle inoperable. However, the service center reached out and is now rechecking their work, performing a full diagnostic, and ensuring better communication. They are making efforts to make things right and look forward to a positive outcome.
Another amazing service experience with BMW of Dallas. Brandi was helpful, efficient, and responsive - as always! - and I really appreciated her scheduling Robby, the foreman, to ride along with me to identify the cause of the concern so it could be solved. I’ve never had another service team do that, and it’s a great example of the attention to detail received there. Brandi and Robby are great ambassadors of the BMW Dallas brand. Thank you - I’ll be back!
MY VISIT WAS NICE AND RELAXING
As always service at BMW of Dallas was flawless! I also felt relaxed and comfortable. I am able to continue working in their customer waiting area as they provided all the amenities one might need. Whether, u have a child or need to continue working while you wait. Also providing fresh complimentary snacks and drinks to ensure you stay energized and refreshed while you wait. The Porters are cordial, the Advisors are informative and always give great estimates on length of time needed to wait. Each service appt at BMW Dallas has always been timely, courteous and everything one would expect from a professional brand. No pressure from salesmen to purchase unnecessary services and the complimentary drop-off/pickup service makes each visit 10/10.
