Berkeys has shown us fantastic customer service! They installed our new A/C four months ago. Recently, it stopped working and Berkeys sent David O. out the same day. He stayed late, identified the problem, ordered the new part, and scheduled an install as soon as possible. Even though our repair date meant our home was going to remain hot for a few days, Melissa S from the customer service department made sure we were taken care of in the mean time. Berkeys really went above and beyond in customer service for our family during a difficult time. This experience has locked us in as long-term customers.
