I have never done a review on them before because I have never had any problems until today. My girls have been going to Dr. Talia for 11 years now. She’s amazing but her front desk staff aren’t that good. The young lady I encountered today was rude. My daughter had an appointment at 10:15. Yes we arrived late 15 minutes to be exact. Mind you I do not live in Dallas anymore. Normally if we’re late I’m told it’s a 15 min grace period today I was told it’s ten minutes now. I was very disappointed with my experience at this pediatric office. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being treated with an attitude rather than kindness and respect. One staff member, Janet, came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which only added to the negative experience. Customer service is especially important in a pediatric office where parents and children may already be stressed or worried.
