Based on the reviews, Alanis Shoe Repair offers fast work and beautiful repainting of boots. The business is honest, telling customers when boots are made of cheap, unrepairable material, which is great business practice and a sign of pride in good work. An excellent job was done on a boot zipper in a 24hr manner. The sweet guy provides great service, making customers tell all their friends to come here.
I brought some boots in to get repaired & he told me he could do it, but it’d be a lost cause because they were made of such cheap, unrepairable material ($60 Amazon boots.. I know…). I think that’s such great business practice to be honest with your customers, that’s how you keep people coming back! & that’s a sign he takes pride in producing good work. I’ll definitely be returning with some *real* boots!
Another pair of boots done and another awesome job, they did my first pair of boots 20 yrs ago, and have used them only since then. Just picked up two pairs yesterday, and again they look great, and one pair had to be rebuilt in front and you can't even tell it!!
