They were closed during business hours when I first went to pick up my shoes. I did manage to get them the next day. My nice Saucony sneakers still had some life left in them, and holes in the toe were patched up adequately - as well as can be expected, I suppose. Visible stitching and what appears to be a glue stain.
But they did OK with what they had, and repair was not expensive.

Repeating customer, been very pleased with the results. Saved so many high heels! Can walk in them so comfortable after getting the heels shortened in some and having their heel caps replaced. Have brought in more than 10 pairs of heels and boots. This shop repaired what another shoe store messed up on one of my heels and for that I'm very glad! Can't wait to use them again! Shop only accept cash.

This place is absolutely awesome... a blast to the past in terms of good customer service and attention! Needed new rubber heel bottoms only on dress shoes, they finished the job on the spot while I waited in less than a half hour. Will definitely be taking them more business.
