Unfortunately, the installation was the complete opposite.<br><br>Only one installer showed up to install vinyl flooring in my master bedroom and replace the carpet on my stairs with vinyl. The job appeared rushed and the workmanship was unacceptable. The installer dirtied my bedroom furniture and left noticeable gaps between the vinyl and the stair walls, resulting in a poor-quality finish.<br><br>I documented these issues in the final inspection notes and expected someone to contact me to address them. It has now been seven days, and I have not received a single call or follow-up. For a project costing approximately $5,000, this level of workmanship and customer service after installation is very disappointing.<br><br>I cannot recommend Floors For Living based on my installation experience. The sales process was excellent, but the installation quality and lack of post-installation support fell far below expectations.”

“I ordered rubber flooring for my home gym that I also work out of (I am a trainer). The 1/2 in thickness is perfect for what I need. The floor arrived in great condition, looks really nice in my gym space, and I absolutely love it so far for lifting, functional training, and mobility work. They gave a couple of extra feet on the ends so that you can cut it to fit your space if needed, which I appreciated. The only glitch was that it took a while to get through production and shipping. Customer service was helpful. It took almost 6 weeks from the order date to receive my order, so be sure to order with plenty of time!”
