The office staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. During the Houston freeze of 2021, they gave great advice about the damage, the cost of completing the work, and were very responsive.
DryMore - Cypress came to our rescue following a dislodged hose from our washing machine, flooding our laundry and kitchen area. The DryMore team arrived the same day, and took care of all of our drying needs. They were professional and prompt. Very please with the service they gave to our home and family!
Following a water heater leak in my attic, I contacted DryMore at 6 AM -- by 7:00 AM their representative (Robert) was on-site to do an initial inspection and assessment.He began immediately taking moisture readings and explaining the extent of damage he was finding and the process to open up the walls and subfloor to dry the wet areas.By 8:30 AM Robert had a 3 man crew on-site and the drying process was already under way.Robert and his crew stayed in touch and worked within my schedule to be on-site each day until the drying equipment could be removed.A+++ service from the crew on-site and from the "home office" at DryMore in my opinion.
