Commercial property inspection: Cypress Inspections was able to schedule on short notice (right before the holiday), was reasonably priced, and did and extremely through inspection. He did so while the tenant, a furniture manufacturing business, operated in full swing around him. It was an older property, and while the inspector thoroughly tested and documented everything, he did a great job (to me and in the written report) of highlighting repairs that were absolutely critical. The total time, for three very small structures, was about three full hours. I would like to recommend Greg Genser, Cypress Inspections. He provided excellent customer service inspecting our new home. Greg went over every inch of the home explaining deficiencies that needed to be corrected and provided a detailed report. I learned allot about the home by shadowing him.
