David was very proficient and I’m glade a decided to hire an inspector prior to closing. We have a new build home and we’re considering skipping an inspector. David was able to see the things we would never have been able to. So if you have a new build home and are iffy about hiring an inspector I recommend you do it and I recommend you hire David. Also I might add I called in the morning and he was able to do our inspection the same day due to our time frame being so short before closing.

David was great to work with from the start. He was readily available to assist with our new home inspection, was timely, and completed our report within a few hours of inspection. He was detailed in his report and gave good feedback for things that should be addressed. We value his input and would suggest him to anyone that needs a home inspection.
