Dr. Shaffer was incredibly patient with my fur baby Dash, who can be a bit anxious at the vet. She took her time explaining everything and answered all of my questions. The clinic is spotless, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.“

“Dr. Melch is quite literally the best vet I’ve ever met. What struck out to me is how kind and loving they are towards cats! They have a designated room just for cats with a cat calming diffuser & a cat tree. Also, they set out a personal water bottle/water bowl, crunchy treats, and lick treats just for your kitty. All the other vets I’ve been to only have cheese in a can as an “enticing treat”? very thorough with the blood work and glad i found a place to care for my kitties.“

“If you need an oncologist or internal medicine doctor, this is the place to go. Since my baby’s first appointment here, we have received nothing but the best care. Dr. Rodriguez is so thorough on his examinations and he carries so much knowledge regarding lymphoma. Dr. Burney is so compassionate and so knowledgeable regarding all things internal medicine and even oncology. When my baby got sick from chemo, they were able to help and Dr. Cook was amazing for that. But having been a client since 9/2025, I will always bring my babies here for any specialty needs. The whole hospital is amazing and all of the staff truly love your pets as if they are theirs. They truly stand with their core values.“

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.
However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.
My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“

“We haven’t been to Burleson Equine in several years due to moving but yesterday my barrel mare started to go down pretty quickly at our barn in Cleburne. Burleson Equine answered so quickly and got a team out to our barn so fast. The exam and treatment was so thorough and nothing was missed. They took the all time with my mare while still moving quickly. Post care instructions were clear, and if needed to call again they could handle it and what to do if she does become surgical to get her to another facility. She’s doing great this morning and did not have to be hospitalized or have surgery. And to be completely honest? For an emergency barn call? The cost was NOT bad and well worth it. Very thankful for yall!“
