“Although we've always had a positive experience at VSNT, yesterday we had an exceptional experience as a result of our interactions with Kimberly at the front desk, along with Dr. Rodriguez, who both went above and beyond. After receiving alarming news about a suspicious mass we found on our dog Thursday evening, we were told to see our oncologist immediately.

We arrived at VSNT yesterday morning without a scheduled appointment and Dr. Rodriguez graciously agreed to work our dog into his already busy schedule. Kimberly was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding and kept us in the loop the entire time. Dr. Rodriguez provided us with the information we needed to proceed and went out of his way to accommodate us despite the fact we are not considered a patient of his.

I truly appreciate VSNT. Dr. Cook, Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Wilson, Brittany, Kim, and Sydney, along with all of the receptionists at the front desk have been absolutely amazing to work with. I feel like everyone at VSNT really cares about your pet and always takes your pet's best interest into consideration.“

“I am newer to the area and had yet to find a vet for my senior dog. She has a growth near her eye that she keeps tearing open, so I called Rendon Road Animal Clinic. The staff was friendly setting up the appointment. Initially, they explained they are 3 weeks out for new patients, but after nicely explaining my situation, they were able to get me in to be seen within 4 days. At my appointment time, there was no additional wait and we were brought back to a room right away. The vet was very friendly, realistic and knowledgeable. I typically dread bringing my anxious dog to the vet, but she warmed up to the vet right away, and even let her listen to her heartbeat (a true rarity). I have the removal procedure set up for a few weeks from now, but after my initial visit, I have full confidence in Rendon Rd Animal Clinic. The prices were very reasonable as well. I am happy to have found this place!“

“I absolutely love this clinic! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of our fur babies.
We have been coming here for 4 almost 5 years. They have taken care of our fruit basket (dogs) plus our foster pups! The front desk and techs are just so sweet and they take the extra time to care and get to know our pets and their quirks. They are super easy to get an appointment and are quick for pain med and trazadone refills.
Dr. Minnerly is also so great. He is thorough in his testing and does what is best for the pet. He also prints out educational information for the us so we can better understand that condition or issue our pet currently has.
They have fair and reasonable pricing as well. Compared to other clinics they are on the lower end for services (especially surgery).
I tripped and fell one day after picking up our cat and they were so nice and drove me to the urgent care and held onto our cat for the night due to not being able to transport her.
Also this is beside the point but they sell some amazing smelling candles.“

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.
However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.
My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“

“I called the office at 8:30 Monday morning about coming out to check on our filly who was walking stiffly. I did not think we would be able to get someone to come out until at least a day or two, but they got us on the schedule for the same day. The person I spoke to was very kind and up front about paying the deposit up front. Dr. Wright and her team were very kind and helpful and gave us a great plan of action to make sure our horse is well taken care of. I appreciate Dr. Wright and Burleson Equine so much, I will be able to rest tonight and not stress! Thank you!“
