He was very nice and explained my options repair or replace and when I said replace he gave me options to choose from. He was never pushy and took the time to answer questions and educate me. After we talked and I decided what system I wanted my AC went completely out. They were out here with the new system the very next day. The installers were very nice and got the job done. “My day started out bad by my car having car trouble I started calling around trying to find a mechanic and I was on Google and I saw this place and I read the reviews then I called and I asked them did they charge diagnosis fee’s and everything, etc. etc. they told me to come on in. They said if I do the job with them I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnosis fee From the moment I walked in the building. I felt as if I was around friends and family that I known my whole life they’re so welcoming so friendly, great people hands-down, and their mechanic is amazing. He took time to explain things to me because I was trying to make sure that I wasn’t getting myself Into a deeper hole by trying to fix it and he let me know the best route to take and once I informed him that I was dropping my car off they asked me did I need a ride they gave me a ride to my destination for free that was amazing that took a little stress off my plate. They drop me off at work stayed in contact with me the whole time while I was at work it was just a great experience from the front office to the mechanics. I’m looking forward to my car breaking again so I can go back and see these people.lol just kidding but seriously I invited them to a barbecue on the 16th. I’m hoping they come. First impressions are everything and these people have made an impression on me thank you guys so much. I really do appreciate your hard work dedication and putting me back on the road.“

“I contacted Drain King about a sewer pipe/ line needing to be rerouted and replaced. The secretary (Maria) was very understanding about the issue I was having and scheduled an estimate. The supervisor (Daniel) showed up as scheduled and arrived in a timely fashion, to do the estimate. He assessed the issue at hand and gave me a quote on the pipe needing to be replaced. The contract was written out the following day and I went to go leave my deposit. The permit was pulled and the work got done 3 days later, do weekend and permit needing to get pulled. The test was done and the work passed by the city inspector, with flying colors. I am very pleased with the work that was done and with the workers that made it possible for me to have water, as it is a necessity!!! The price quote was very reasonable and affordable.
