“On a Monday in June 2026, I called Royal Plumbing at about 8:00am. By 1:00pm they had a plumber at my house and by 1:30pm my plumbing problem was solved. I had purchased my house in January 2026 and knew that the diverter in the bath tub wasn't working properly. Austin, from Royal Plumbing, came in, looked at the piping, and within a very short time figured out that when the bathroom was remodeled (long before I bought the house) that the pipes going to the diverted were incorrectly installed. It now works perfectly. Not only did Royal Plumbing respond quickly, fix the problem, and charge a very reasonable fee, but they also called a few weeks later to check and make sure I was happy with the work. Royal Plumbing has found a home with me. No need to ever call anyone else.“

“Honestly, was surprised at the cost for the repair of a PVC main water line. Way more expensive than I thought it should be.
I had dug up the ground and had exposed the location of the leak. All the tech had to do was repair the damaged water line. It was a compression fitting that started leaking.
I will be filling in the hole. No issues with the technician, he worked late to complete the repair.“

He was very nice and explained my options repair or replace and when I said replace he gave me options to choose from. He was never pushy and took the time to answer questions and educate me. “My day started out bad by my car having car trouble I started calling around trying to find a mechanic and I was on Google and I saw this place and I read the reviews then I called and I asked them did they charge diagnosis fee’s and everything, etc. etc. they told me to come on in. They drop me off at work stayed in contact with me the whole time while I was at work it was just a great experience from the front office to the mechanics. I’m looking forward to my car breaking again so I can go back and see these people.lol just kidding but seriously I invited them to a barbecue on the 16th. I’m hoping they come. First impressions are everything and these people have made an impression on me thank you guys so much. I really do appreciate your hard work dedication and putting me back on the road.“

“I contacted Drain King about a sewer pipe/ line needing to be rerouted and replaced. The secretary (Maria) was very understanding about the issue I was having and scheduled an estimate. The supervisor (Daniel) showed up as scheduled and arrived in a timely fashion, to do the estimate. He assessed the issue at hand and gave me a quote on the pipe needing to be replaced. The contract was written out the following day and I went to go leave my deposit. The permit was pulled and the work got done 3 days later, do weekend and permit needing to get pulled. The test was done and the work passed by the city inspector, with flying colors.
