I contacted Drain King about a sewer pipe/ line needing to be rerouted and replaced. The secretary (Maria) was very understanding about the issue I was having and scheduled an estimate. The supervisor (Daniel) showed up as scheduled and arrived in a timely fashion, to do the estimate. He assessed the issue at hand and gave me a quote on the pipe needing to be replaced. The contract was written out the following day and I went to go leave my deposit. The permit was pulled and the work got done 3 days later, do weekend and permit needing to get pulled. Johnny was amazing was here maybe 30 minutes and my sink works better than it did before it started to back up! Was very grateful helping in our emergency on a strict week and cleaned up!
Called after hours (7pm) for a clogged main line and were here within the promised time. Johnny was great and took care of the problem quickly. Price wasn’t cheap but reasonable for an after hours emergency
