Gilbert is the best. In a city where I swear nobody ever does what they say they are going to do, this guy has always been there for me. Every time we’ve needed something at the house or the shop, he’s been on top of it. I’ve had multiple family members that had a crisis and he has bailed them out immediately as well. Thank God for Gilbert and his Harbor Plumbing company.

What really stood out was how kind they were to my daughter. They handed out more high-fives than I think the job description requires, and she was absolutely delighted. It’s always appreciated when professionals treat kids with patience and kindness.
We also had a follow-up issue that wasn’t their fault at all, and they came back to help without charging us. That level of customer service is rare these days.
