“I called Esparza Pest after waking up to find hundreds of winged buggers hanging out in large groups around the perimeter of my garage door. I was concerned they were swarmer termites looking for a new place to live...and they literally appeared overnight. After vacuuming them all up, I called Esparza to have a look. The technician (Brando) came the next morning and quickly assessed the pests as swarming carpenter ants. He did a thorough home inspection and found no infestation issues. I had the gentleman perform a one-time treatment and the problem is solved. Friendly, quick service and right to the point. I will definitely use them again when and if the need arises. “I was having problems with my AC and was looking into purchasing a new one. ABC sent Ed out to talk to me. He was very nice and explained my options repair or replace and when I said replace he gave me options to choose from. He was never pushy and took the time to answer questions and educate me. After we talked and I decided what system I wanted my AC went completely out. They were out here with the new system the very next day. The installers were very nice and got the job done. “I used to have a terrible infestation of roaches and earwigs which also led to infestation of cobweb weavers since they eat roaches. I tried terminex for months with no improvement, only judgements. I tried fox pest for a few months and they were terribly rude. Switched to bug pro and the infestation was cleared within a month and the bugs have never returned. (Only occasional corpses from ones that try to sneak in a die quickly) I get quarterly service and they are always helpful with arranging around my schedule. I have dogs and cats and they are careful around their water dishes and the dogs/cats have never had trouble with the bug spray. Also helpful with notes on the invoice about standing water or tall grass that might cause increased bugs so I can address those problems myself. So glad I switched. Amazing results.“
