Fantastic, awesome, great,super professional, courteous, fast,clean and well trained are just a few words to describe my experience with new A/C and furnace replacement and install today. The team of Nick and Carlos are awesome. I am so impressed by the initial meeting with Andy and his knowledge and professionalism at presenting the options for the AC units,products and plans. I was totally sold on using CCAC instead of my home warranty company. The difference in price was substantial but weighing my options and the superior customer service from CCAC made the difference. Rick was very prompt & professional. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me the condition of the filter that needed replacing. He turned off all the attic lights and left everything in good shape. We were very appreciative of his maintenance visit
