Very pleased with the carpet cleaning service today. Honest about how much the stains would come out and exceeded expectations. I had 5 rooms done and a couple of hallways and still drying but looks great. I’d recommend and use again.
Five stars for Russ and Lawrenz Contracting is not enough. I met with Russ, the owner, on a Tuesday. He was so nice. He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. I would 100% recommend Lawrenz Contracting to everyone.

The Universal Cleaning Company does excellent work. My cleaner, Lana, is very reliable, professional and systematic in her approach. She gets rooms in shape so much more efficiently than I can. She’s good at cleaning under furniture and knick knacks. When she’s done, surfaces shine and the house feels fresh. I highly recommend this company!

Philip explain the whole process at the beginning and after insurance approved the repairs, my roof, gutters, and window screens were replaced as well as the ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom was painted after previous leaks from the roof, overall excellent service, recommended and will use in the future if needed.

Dr. Nguyen is awesome! She's very caring and explains everything in detail. Most recently I had the 1st PRF procedure and I can tell a big difference around my eyes, lips and nasolabial folds. I can't wait for the next one! She has a new PRO-NOX™ Nitrous Oxide System and I highly recommend it! No discomfort at all! I have been a patient of hers for several years now. I've had Morpheus 8, spider veins lasered and 50/50 skin laser too! She is excellent!!!!

My hygienist Nicky was far & above anyone in her position that I’ve seen in years, with a sparkling personality & absolutely thorough! Came by as a walk in on a whim, they helped me right away and were all so nice and attentive. My daughter was extremely scared of the dentist, but Liz and Dr. Lanka Sravani were incredibly patient and understanding. They reassured her every step of the way and never rushed her. They calmly said, “It’s okay, she’ll let us know when she’s ready,” which made her feel very comfortable and safe. Liz was so sweet and funny—she even sang “The Final Countdown” to help distract and cheer up my daughter! It really helped lighten the mood. I truly appreciate the care and kindness they showed us. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much easier!
