I find the ladies at the front extremely nice, they are helpful in finding your Dr.My Dr.s are very great, they talk to me as a person, let me explain what is wrong and give me what I need it being an x ray, ultrasound or just meds.My Dermatologist is the best Dr there. Hands down.

Customer service is always hit or miss, Drs are in and out and they take forever to fill medication. Have had more than 2 encounters where I’m out of meds and tell them ahead of time and they take days to refill them. Would not recommend to family or friends.

Lone Star Family Health Center has been our family's health care provider for around 15 years. My husband had just moved to the area and needed a PCP who would accept his Medicare plan, and that's how he came to be a patient if Dr. Porter. The quality of care we receive from Dr. Porter and anyone else with whom we have had contact at Lone Star Family Health has been phenomenal. When Dr. Porter is in the room with you he listens to your problem and gives you his full attention even though he's wearing many hats at the clinic.
