“Not a holistic/crunchy dental office, as I do lean that way but I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Patient-First Dental in Willis.

I have severe dental anxiety, due to constant dental work in the past, and the money spent on my mouth only being in my 20’s. I went in today for the first time to get a crown that came off from a previous root canal done about 8 years ago.
On top of having prior dental anxiety, I’m also expecting which has heightened the anxiety.
They respected my wish of no X-rays, and reapplied the crown. Also going to be going back for a cleaning that’s 1.5 years overdue, and they are letting me wait to get any X-rays till after I deliver in December.

I didn’t catch my hygienist’s name, but she was blonde w/ glasses and so sweet and comforting. I saw Dr Li today, she was also very kind and understanding.“

“Dr. Gardner and his team did such an amazing job. I had a horrible mouth of teeth that needed to be fixed, pulled, crowed, cavities. I had one heck of a problem. St. Patty's day I officially got my smile back and I'm so beyond happy it makes me cry. It's been over 6 years that I had a smile I could be proud to show. 3 appointments no pain with any of them including the 8 extractions yesterday no pain today. I recommend them to everyone. They are so amazing at their job and communication is great. I was traumatized by my last dentist and they made those fears disappear. Thank you Mr. Gardner and his team. I so beyond grateful.“

He and assistant Tonja managed to prepare 6 (yes, six!) front teeth for crowns in a single appointment and the final result was truly just fantastic! “Dr Presley and his staff are AMAZING!!!!! I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist but Dr Presley makes getting shots and procedures so much easier than I’ve ever had before. Had a 4 hour procedure and I fell asleep a few times which I’ve never done before. “This place is amazing. If you have kids with special needs this is the place to go for sure. My kids have a rare genetic mutation and the doctor took her time to research and read up on the mutation so she had a better understanding. That alone means the world . And on top of it the staff is so welcoming and just absolutely amazing. Will be switching all my kids to this office !“

Dr. Richards and his staff have been the perfect fit for me. They are kind, gentle, informative, patient, and compassionate. He even gives you his personal cell number for after-hours concerns or needs, and he responds immediately when you have to reach him.
