I found staff very caring, personable and attentive to me. I was able to communicate easily, open and honest with staff who did pre-exam work prior to doctor’s evaluation.Since I have had several eye problems, I am extremely nervous for each appointment, but I find the entire staff from the front door to the exit to show compassion, understanding and care. I find the total staff competent and friendly and supportive of the patient and sensitive to detail. I leave perfectly satisfied with the professional service I received.

New patient with Dr Kirkland and I was very impressed! From the receptionist, to the excellent and compassionate tech, to the knowledgeable and empathetic Dr Kirkland, I felt well taken care of, not rushed, and comfortable. So happy we started with Dr Kirkland.
