Great experience! The young lady that assisted before Dr Tran was excellent - and I always appreciate how Dr Tran listens and tries to address any concerns.
My only negative is getting a phone call (that I missed) that I needed to confirm the appt to hold my spot. If I haven’t cancelled the appt - then I will be there!! I feel like it would be a more positive experience to send a reminder instead of ‘confirm or we will cancel’. The on-line was also not very user friendly.

Dr J is the best! My daughter suffered a corneal abrasion and Dr J got her in right away. We walked in with pain and an eye that would not open. An hour later we walked out feeling much better and an open eye.
