“My husband and I took our 13 and 6 year old here on the weekend for strep throat confirmations. It has been difficult finding providers who accept Baylor insurance since we moved from Dallas so it was a huge relief when I called and they said they take my insurance. From the moment we walked in we were taken care of by Cheyenne and greeted with kindness. Karen was amazing because she was very thorough and wonderfully gentle with our kiddos. This was the first time Miles didn’t cry during a strep culture. She made him feel at ease and didn’t gag him with the strep swab like most MA’s tend to do.
