“Yes to more quality health care. While in Texas, my daughter attempted to get on a tricycle and before I could stop her, she fell backwards and the handles of the tricycle fell on her face. Before I could even catch my breath, her eyebrow was bleeding. We looked up an urgent care and this was the closest one to Arlington that was open on a Sunday evening. After a nearly 30 minute drive, we were worried for our daughter and worried that our visit would break the bank since we would be visiting an urgent care out of state and out of network. Once we got there, We were greeted immediately and my daughter's vitals were checked within five minutes of being there. To be fair, the place was empty. Nurses were ver sweet and kind with my toddler and even got her an apple juice box which she always appreciates. While we waited for the doctor, we had two different nurses come in, check in with us and clean my daughter's wound. My daughter was happy and as if though. nothing had happened. After about 15 minutes of having been led into the assigned room, the doctor came in and put some superficial anesthesia on my daughter's eyebrow and talked us through what he would recommend (which was surgical glue since it was a small gash. Doctor was patient with my daughter and promised her stickers. After everything, my daughter was given a bunch of stickers, which she always enjoyes and a small plastic beach ball with their logo. She was ecstatic! Our copay was $45. Not sure if I will be receiving a huge bill through the mail, but this place exceeded our expectations. Staff was attentive, seemed to genuinely care and services were fast, though thorough.“

“I took my son in for sore throat. Erin at the front desk was so nice and got us checked in. Wait was not long at all. The nurse D’andra was quick and efficient with the swabbing process and Dr. Wilks was amazing, he came in, was very friendly, got him checked out and sent us on our way with a prescription. “Highly recommend MedExpress. I called to make sure I could be seen because I couldn't schedule an appointment online due to it being after 6 pm, and they close at 8 pm. I let them know about my injury, and they told me to come right in and rhey would see me. So I went in, and the staff were great, nice, and informative. I'm not sure why they have bad reviews on Google. I will definitely be returning if I need urgent care. Thank you to the receptionist, Xray tech, and Doc for taking care of me.
