I had an appointment and the whole process took about 55 minutes. That includes chest xrays, shots, and visit with NP. Everyone was friendly, competent, and caring. Now I'm waiting on HEB pharmacy to fill my prescriptions.

I don't like having to go see a doctor for myself, my husband or my three kids, but when I do, this is the urgent care we go to. I take my kids to urgent care more than their pediatrician because they can be seen quickly. It's also nice to see the same doctors, PAs and staff. My first impression of an urgent care was to be seen and then you leave and that's it. It still surprises me that they will let you follow-up with them after your appointment and they also can follow up on you.
