Unfortunately my daughter got sick and I needed her checked out. She happened to get sick at the same time as every other person and I was well aware all urgent cares and ERs had long waits and were super busy. Her doctor could not get her in so I gave this urgent care a call. I was even surprised they answered the phone since I was having a hard time with other places. They verified they accepted her Aetna Medicaid and I made the appointment online. Everyone was super friendly even though they were trying to catch up and keep up with the amount of people.We got in after about an hour, they did swabs and 20 minutes later the nurse practitioner came in, went over everything...read full review
Tiffany Morton @ front desk was so caring and was great. Elizabeth Mora was very thorough and very on top of everything. Karen Mancilla and Mona Sims both were outstanding and very kind. I have been here around 5 times and they’re always so great.
Tiffany politely greeted me into the clinic, and had me take a seat. When I was seen, Elizabeth has very kind, understanding, and asked good questions. She gave the least painful butt shot ever, very good at what she does, thank you!
