Easy check in. Staff from the front desk to the back room were kind, friendly, and concerned about you and what you had to say. They spent all the time I needed and clearly explained my diagnosis and what medications they were prescribing and what they were for. They whole visit from checking in as a new patient until I was out the door was 30 minutes tops, maybe less. Awesome staff! Very welcoming.
I went up there yesterday for a very stubborn case of ringworm, i was ready to try just about anything to get rid of it. I paid $129 to be seen (uninsured) which is a LOT better than other places in town! I got to the urgent care around 12pm, filled out all of my new patient info online and was seen within an hour, i left at 2pm. The fact that it was busy and the middle of the week at one of the highest rated and affordable urgent cares in Cleburne, I think two hours in and out is great!
