My roofing experience was a rollercoaster ride that ultimately ended on a positive note thanks to the dedication of the owners. While the initial work on my roof was far from satisfactory, the owners of the roofing company demonstrated exceptional commitment by going above and beyond to rectify the situation.The initial phase of the project left much to be desired. The work crew assigned to my roof seemed unprofessional and lacked the necessary skills to complete the job correctly.
