“I just got off the phone with my mom who spent at least 45 minutes raving about Alex and Damien. She had a flood at her house and her floors were ruined. During the repair process she had the worst luck and her HVAC developed a leak so the floor repairs couldn't proceed. Alex and Damien volunteered to come back on Saturday, their day off, once her HVAC was repaired. They put in a 10 hour day that day to help her. She's older and wheelchair bound and it was obvious to her that they really, really cared about her situation. We are so thankful for their excellent service. And the floors looks great! Thank you!”

We are very pleased with how the house turned out, and we had positive experiences with most of the subcontractors throughout the process.<br><br>Our consultant, Ron, was amazing and supportive from start to finish. He answered my many, many questions with patience and was always willing to help guide us through the process. Having someone so responsive and knowledgeable made a huge difference.<br><br>My only real critique involves the budgeting process. UBuildIt gathers bids from multiple subcontractors, and when creating the budget submitted to the bank, the lowest bid was often used. Unfortunately, that was not always the subcontractor we ultimately chose, and in some cases the bids did not include all the work that was actually needed. This led to several line items going over budget during construction.<br><br>That said, we still finished the overall project under budget, which we were very happy about. I do think the process could be improved by reviewing bids in more detail and selecting subcontractors before finalizing the bank budget.<br><br>Overall, we are very happy with our home and grateful for the support we received throughout the build process.”
“Although we could have possibly gotten a slightly lower price with another contractor, we felt resurrection General Contractors gave us a competitive price for our new roof, but what sold us was the experience we got from a member of your team who just happened to be driving through my neighborhood almost three years ago. His name was Kevin Samuels. Although we weren’t prepared to replace our roof at that time, I never forgot how well he treated us. That moment created a future customer and three years later here we are. Excellent service”
