Luiz from 1 Tom Plumber in the San Antonio, Texas site, has worked tirelessly at my apartment all afternoon replacing faulty pipes which were leaking into my unit. He is efficient, knowledgeable, explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He is also very personable and if you have to have someone in your house you don't know doing plumbing repairs for about three hours, I highly recommend Luiz and 1 Tom Plumbing.
My tech was Luis T. He arrived on time, displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise, and located the issue within about 10 minutes of seeing the problem. The pricing was very accurate according to the work performed. I honestly will go with 1-Tom-Plumber for any issues in the future!
