Luiz from 1 Tom Plumber in the San Antonio, Texas site, has worked tirelessly at my apartment all afternoon replacing faulty pipes which were leaking into my unit. He is efficient, knowledgeable, explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. He is also very personable and if you have to have someone in your house you don't know doing plumbing repairs for about three hours, I highly recommend Luiz and 1 Tom Plumbing.
Daniel was dispatched the same day we called. Excellent communication and customer service all around.
David was great. Right on time. Very fast at getting to the problem and fixing it. Making appointments and getting someone out was great. They really worked hard to accommodate me.
