“I have used Hardwood Starz twice, once in 2023 and again April 2025. Both experiences have been awesome. Kaylene and Derek are professional, fast, and easy to work with. The floors they did a few years back still look fantastic. This time we had some pretty bad water/pet stains in some areas and they did an excellent job replacing boards to disguise those areas. They also protected our new bathroom tile cove base really well.“

“The ones who operate this store are very knowledgeable about what type of carpet, what colors to get, how much to get, how to measure what you need, and recommend particular cleaning agents to use on the carpet you purchase. I have been to this location for over 30 years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do get really busy, but patience is a virtue. If you don't have the patience to wait and find out what kind of details you are needing for YOU, then you should shop elsewhere. Cheryl is the manager there and she knows carpet with her eyes closed. Larry, will get however much you need when you need it. They both do outstanding work and they should be appreciated for the amount of work they put into their follow ups after the business deals have been done.
