They completed the entire house in just one day, which was impressive. There was quite a bit of preparation required on my end, since they asked that everything on the floors and counters be packed into boxes beforehand. We were able to compromise: I paid an additional $200 per room for three rooms, and the crew packed those areas for me. I definitely needed a lot of boxes!
My main disappointment is the padding. The experience was great beginning with Crystalee, the design consultant. She was extremely knowledge of the products and advising on what would best transitioning from my existing flooring to what I wanted in the bedrooms.
My experience with Express Flooring was excellent! I had the entire upstairs recarpeted in my new home and it looks AMAZING. Crystalee was awesome and went above and beyond to get our carpet installed asap, she was very friendly and the crew that completed the install got it done in one day. Very happy we went with Express Flooring!
