“Two reviews! 1. A friend recommended ACE Air Conditioning & Heating to us last year to have a small job done. Karl and his crew came out that afternoon and handled the job promptly and for a very reasonable fee. ☆☆☆☆☆ 2. Last month one of our HVAC units died a loud death. It was installed two years earlier by a different HVAC company. Having spent $XX,XXX money with that company over the last three years, we were frustrated. We called ACE to help us. Karl and his crew found the unit wasn’t installed correctly which likely caused damage to the condenser. Karl also found that the unit was still under warranty. Thank God! He handled the warranty call, ordered the parts, and repaired the unit in just a few days. The unit runs perfectly. I called the other company to let them know the installation was not right. Their salesman we had worked over the last three years called me back. Not the manager or owner. The salesman. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He accepted zero fault or error. He made one excuse after the other, and then berated Karl, who has more HVAV experience than that salesman has life on this earth. Karl tried to stand up for me and himself, but he was hit with cursing and threats. It was a distressing, shocking experience. I am grateful for Karl's honesty and quality work. Of course, we will never use the other company again. Karl has all of our business now. ☆☆☆☆☆“
