Called in the afternoon on a Friday prior to a Monday holiday for repair of inside leaking of a/c unit. Blake came within 2 hrs and made needed repair. Very courteous and explained what was wrong and what caused problem. Will definitely use again and seriously considering annual contract for routine maintenance.
I normally blow off requests from vendors to leave reviews but I feel compelled to take the time because these guys were awesome! Our system went out and they were out the same day. The system we had was fried. They moved things around to come back two days later so we didn’t have to endure a long stretch of sleeping in the Texas heat. Brian and Brandon arrived early and stayed late to make sure our system was installed and running properly - Today. They thought about how they would install this if it was their own house. Bryan was amazing. Our air conditioner unit went out and Bryan came out the same day to measure and put together a system that would work. He found great prices and gave a bid that day. Then was able to schedule it to be put in immediately. Brandon came bright and early and worked until late at night to get us cool in one day. We’ve been experiencing 100+ days. So this was key. He was carful tidy and paid close attention to details. It wasn’t repair or maintenance it was a total replacement.
