They are well trained, polite and caring. When they were defining the process I got a little confused. They were very politely, said it happens and cominced to explain slower. They want to make sure you are comfortable with the process as well as with your surroundings.
It's a test clinic that does drug studies. Im on my second study. It's not about money. To me It's about development of new treatments. Very good Dr. And friendly staff.
