I had the good fortune and pleasure to meet Mike Limon, Heritage Construction Co. a few weeks ago. My first conversation with Mike was a high-level conversation about recent storms, residual roof damage and the actual impact on homes in my neighborhood.
Nothing close to a sales pitch but Mike offered to walk my roof to check it out. He took pictures and shared them.
Hail damage. Mike was more of a 'consultant' presenting options. We scheduled time for me to look at shingles. We looked at a variety of shingles, their impact resistance level, color, cost, arrival time and probable completion. This crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters. I appreciate that they take our safety seriously and to let them know when we had to walk outside while working. I also like that they went through with a huge broom magnet through the yard to pick up any nails, which also gives me peace of mind. I know it's not easy to do this work in this Texas heat. Definitely appreciate all these guys did!
