Holy cow! I am so impressed and super thankful! We have an aging dog who gets confused about where to potty sometimes, and FF&M has saved us from buying new carpet! They are so easy to schedule with, affordable, prompt, and friendly. We had them come out about a year ago, and again yesterday. I could not be happier. Our carpet looks BRAND NEW and the whole house smells so fresh and good. Even my kids commented that the carpet looks new! Thank you Fresh Floors and More.

I woke up and found my dog had multiple accidents through my house. Techs were friendly and did an amazing job of removing the pet stains from the carpets! Left them smelling great and visibly cleaner throughout. I appreciated the prompt response and thorough clean.
