This is my first full year finishing out their membership and I have been impressed with all three technicians who came out. Unfortunately my dog was recently put on medications which caused him to have to pee inside and Ben worked with me to try to remove the stain and gave me tips how to handle in the future. I was so glad I called them a year ago (after reading all the positive reviews) to handle another water overflow emergency and glad I stuck with them. Ben was a very professional expert today and shared that he has 17 years of experience so that was a plus. Peace Frog was able to fit me in for a couch cleaning last minute. Justin was super kind and helpful with helping me book. Excellent customer service. Evan was efficient and did a great job with my sectional. Highly recommend!!
Our technician, Hunter, was very professional and friendly. He set our expectations with each step of the process and guided us with any information we needed to know. Having someone you don't know into your home can be daunting sometimes but he made us feel at ease. We've used Peace Frog twice now and have been impressed both times.
