I have used Austin Specialty Cleaners for many years now and they always do a wonderful job. They are experts at cleaning and removing dog urine from hand-tied rugs as well as cleaning drapery and furniture. I highly recommend their services.

KC and his team brought our rug back to life after a pet mess. They were fast and professional. In addition, I accidentally went out of town and left my rug for two weeks after the proposed pick up date - no issue, they were very accommodating!!

I've used Austin Specialty for years for drapery cleaning and they never disappoint. They've always set my expectations so I know what to expect. I would highly recommend them.
