“I’ve been to this location a few times now, and the entire staff has always been very helpful and friendly over the phone, in person at reception, and during visits. Chance spent a lengthy amount of time trying to assist and calm my dog with anxiety. She was very patient and understanding and even though we were past our appt time she didn’t rush us out the door at the expense of me and my dog.“

“Best place to take your pet. My dog was seen by the most professional and courteous staff/vets here. This location does get very busy and their waiting room gets packed. They do offer light refreshments while you wait which is a nice touch. They will also help you with any treatment and payment options too.“

“My dogs haircut looks amazing. Since there has been a change in ownership, the policies have changed and unfortunately you cannot leave your dog for longer than an hour and 30 minutes so in the past I used to take my dog drop her off before work pick her up after work, but now you have to pay a fee, that fee is $30 additional unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money to spend so it is unfortunate and in addition to that they do not groom on Saturday. Other than that they do excellent job on the grooming of your dog, so I guess it’s a 50-50 out of 100“
